Der Immobilienscout Scammer Teil III

Es wurde langsam Zeit: Der Betrüger von Immobilienscout hat sich erneut gemeldet - diesmal mit mehreren Fotos und folgendem Text:

 Thank you for your prompt response, I have attached some pictures of the apartment here, enjoy it.. as you can see it's a nice place and a good offer.
 Ok, as I explained in my previous email, I am unable to manage the deal personally, an abroad real estate agency from here will manage the deal for me, of course, I will pay for their services.
 Shortly, I will explain you how the selling process works abroad: after I find a potential buyer for my apartment, the company will send one of their agents from Greece by plane, to manage the deal in my name with you (he will have the right to sign the contract in my name), the agent will have the keys of the apartment and all the documents in order to finish this deal in the presence of a notary from there because this is mandatory. The ownership of the property has already been certified by the agency when they have accepted to manage my transaction, also you can check in the land registry that I am the owner of the apartment, and that everything is in order with this unit.
 Please, could you tell me if you have the entire amount to buy the apartment or you should finance it?
