Diesmal kam über die Email Adresse paulkander@gmx.com eine Mail eines Immoscout Betrüger mit dem Decknamen "Paul Kander":

Thanks for your interest.The apartment is still available. I moved recently with my job in London, United Kingdom, but the rent is high here, I decided to offer for  *sale* the apartment I have in Munchen. The apartment and all the papers are already in the custody of a Rent.com.
The apartment is exactly as in the photos and include all the utilities (water, electricity, Internet, cable).
You can enter the apartment on the same day when receiving the keys ..
The only problem is that i had to move with my job to United Kingdom, London where i am now and i left the keys and contract already signed by me at a company called Rent.com and they will handle the payment and delivery for us.
If you want to know more about how this deal can work please get back to me ASAP and i will send you the details step by step.

Mal wieder ein Immobilienscout Krimineller alias Kevin Winterburgh

Seit einiger Zeit hatte ich bei Immoscout keine "Scam Mails" mehr erhalten. Scam Mails sind Nachrichten von Leuten, die über Bertügereien versuchen Geld von anderen Leuten zu bekommen - nein nicht Makler - so etwas ähnliches nur noch eine Stufe schlimmer ;-) Meistens wird auf English geschrieben und es ist immer die gleiche Masche - irgendwelche Ausreden warum man nicht persönlich vor Ort sein kann um eine Immobilie zu vermieten oder zuverkaufen - und am Ende soll man Geld überweisen (Kaution, Reservierungsgebühr o.ä.) 


Ich konnte in meinem Postfach eine Email vom 3. Januar um 12:01:21 finden - von:

I have no problem if you will keep animals. You can move in the apt in the same day when you receive the keys The only inconvenience is that my job doesn't allow me to leave London even for one single day. But this won't affect you at all. I can make arrangements to rent the apartment from London (on my expense of course).

Der Immobilienscout Scammer Teil III

Es wurde langsam Zeit: Der Betrüger von Immobilienscout hat sich erneut gemeldet - diesmal mit mehreren Fotos und folgendem Text:

 Thank you for your prompt response, I have attached some pictures of the apartment here, enjoy it.. as you can see it's a nice place and a good offer.
 Ok, as I explained in my previous email, I am unable to manage the deal personally, an abroad real estate agency from here will manage the deal for me, of course, I will pay for their services.
 Shortly, I will explain you how the selling process works abroad: after I find a potential buyer for my apartment, the company will send one of their agents from Greece by plane, to manage the deal in my name with you (he will have the right to sign the contract in my name), the agent will have the keys of the apartment and all the documents in order to finish this deal in the presence of a notary from there because this is mandatory. The ownership of the property has already been certified by the agency when they have accepted to manage my transaction, also you can check in the land registry that I am the owner of the apartment, and that everything is in order with this unit.
 Please, could you tell me if you have the entire amount to buy the apartment or you should finance it?
